Jessica Casey

Attorney Jessica Casey is the owner and operator of our firm. She specializes in the area of bankruptcy and family law but is also knowledgeable in other fields such as simple estate planning, simple real estate matters and personal injury. Jessica was born and raised in Chester, Virginia and that is where she currently resides. She received her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University before obtaining her J.D. from Regent University.

Jessica is admitted to all state Courts throughout the state of Virginia and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in several jurisdictions. She is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Jessica is a member of the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is a member at the Prince George Church of Christ and in her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting and reading.
